21- Days -Splits Training Programme
1-2-1
Our flexibility training class provides insight on how to achieve a front split with the correct technique & tools. Working on increasing flexibility and strength for your hip flexors, hamstrings, hip adductors & glutes. This is all achieved through the deep stretches, strengthening and mobility exercises.
Our dance fitness class incorporate a combination of high and low-impact movements accompanied by Afrobeats and Soca music.
This is then followed by deep and relaxing stretches, which is beginner friendly. Stretching does not only improve your flexibility but, it advocates to release any tension in your body and relax your mind.
If your aim is to achieve the splits then this 1-2-1 training is for you. Designing a programme tailored specially you to achieve your splits ! We will work on hamstring & quadricep flexibility as well as strengthening them. Improving flexibility in the hip flexors, hamstrings, hip adductor and glutes. Helping you to gain insight on how to achieve a front split.
